At Sara's Homestay, we regard all our clients, guests and hosts as people and not as business entities or institutions. We pay particular attention to the needs of our clients and guests and always maintain that each person is unique and has a specific set of needs which we must recognize and satisfy. We have developed a high level of camaraderie amongst our hosts and landlords, and they in-turn and with experience, hold us in high regard. We feel that a person-to-person approach is the best way to ensure that the warm and welcoming attitude of our housing providers is sustained for the duration of a guest's visit.

Providing good service is based on the fundamental belief that all our guests are individuals with their own preferences and needs. We also recognize that every accommodation we offer has a "personal touch." Therefore to be successful at this service, we have to ensure that we understand who we are serving as well as have intimate knowledge of the accommodations we offer. All our concentrated efforts are geared towards making us better at what we do: providing accommodation and additional services to the tailored needs of our clients.
Our quick response and continuous 24 hour support:
A guest may require accommodations for any number of reasons. However there is one reason that is always trumps all others; we all need a place to sleep at night. We recognize this and understand that housing is a very important part of every individual's daily existence. We therefore make it our priority to respond to every enquiry within 24 hours during the week (Mondays to Fridays) and 72 hours on the weekend (Friday after 5:30 pm). Once you have become one of our guests, you will be given an emergency telephone number that you can call at anytime (day or night) in case of unforeseen emergency. Your living space and safety is important to us, and we will always be there for you when you need us.

Sara's Homestay strives to maintain and exceed a high level of quality in our services whether we are providing you with a homestay, shared apartment, private furnished apartment, residence hall room, airport transfer, meals, or any other service we offer. We ensure the quality of our accommodations through a strict vetting and selection process, regular and irregular site visits and through constant communication with our hosts and landlords. Our Administrative Staff and Housing Managers have all lived abroad and understand the needs of our clients and guests. We train our staff to always offer the best option from a list of available housing possibilities, to be quick and clear in responding, and to address all issues immediately. They are all very resourceful and have great skill as mediators and problem-solvers.
