Unlike other homestay services, Sara's Homestay provides both the homestay hosts and international students with a very high level of service and peace of mind.
Why use our service:
- Sara's Homestay takes care of all the administrative, financial, legal and logistical work.
- All homestay applications are thoroughly checked out and approved
- We personally visit all potential homestay hosts to familiarize ourselves with the family, accommodation and the family's general attitude to hosting Once deemed appropriate, we add you to our database of approved hosts
- We place students with homestay host families based on their criteria, location and interest of our international student.
- Our Homestay Manager are trained to handle all issues, big or small. as they arise.
Dear Prospective host:
Becoming a host with Sara Homestay is a three part process.

Please complete the online Host Application Form. We encourage our prospective hosts to provide us with as much information as possible.

Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed thoroughly by our Homestay Manager. We will then decide based on demand for your location and general amenities offered, to follow-up with a phone call for more information. If we believe that you will be a strong addition to our hosting database. we will then schedule a site visit. Our representative will interview you in person and inspect you home/.

Once we have conducted a site visit, and have determined that you will make a strong addition to our homestay team, we will then discuss the guidelines, booking procedures and payment terms in greater detail. Preference will be given to experienced hosts, and references from previous students will certainly be considered a plus. Overall, the most important criteria that we are looking for is how welcoming your family and your home will be for our international students.
