Rates for Homestays:

Registration Fees: $100

Homestays: $225.00/$337.50 per week (2005 prices) for a private room with continental breakfast (bed and breakfast) depending on location and amenities (minimum 4 weeks) or $70.00 per night for shorter stays (min. 7 nights). Discounts will be granted for a minimum stay of 12, 24 and more weeks. Evening meals can be organized and invoiced separately.

Metro Card for bus and subways:
Single fare-$2.00 per trip- Metro cards $21.00 / week -$70.00/ 30 days unlimited travel both on Subway and busses.

*Metro and bus maps will be given free of charge.*

Telephone Card for long distance or overseas calls: $10 and $20 cards are available. You may wish to purchase international calling cards in your home country

Prepaid cellular phones are available. Rates are $50 for 250 minutes.
Deposit $50.00. 

Transfer to or from airport via air conditioned limousine:  $100.00

Deposit:  Payment of $250 deposit will be required at the time of reservation. Payment for the full length of the stay is to be paid on arrival or via invoice if booked via schools or agent.

Cancellation: Cancellations prior to arrival will be accepted and deposit refunded when made at least two weeks prior to arrival. If cancellation is made within two weeks of arrival, a cancellation fee of $250.00 will be charged. After arrival, we will allow homestay or share changes at no charge provided a 15 days notice is given. If full cancellation is made after arrival, we will need two weeks notice and a cancellation fee of $250.00 will be charged.
